Can Poor Oral Health Leave You Tired?

•  Regular dental checkups: Seeing your dentist regularly allows for early detection and treatment of any oral health problems before they can escalate and impact your overall health.
•  Maintain a healthy diet: Limit sugary foods and drinks, as these contribute to tooth decay and gum disease.
•  Quit smoking: Smoking significantly increases your risk of gum disease and other health problems.

By prioritizing your oral health, you're not just protecting your teeth and gums; you're also investing in your overall well-being and energy levels. Taking care of your mouth can be a simple, yet powerful way to combat fatigue and improve your quality of life.
