I am most passionate about creating smiles with life-changing results.

Dentistry has been a great profession, allowing me to work with people, work with my hands, and make a difference in the lives of those around me. It has been exciting to enjoy the evolution of materials and be able to provide such high-quality care, especially in the cosmetic realm, to my patients. The digital advances that we've incorporated in our practice have kept me engaged, and working with my son has been a lot of fun.

It is my privilege to have changed so many smiles and so many lives with my work. Along the way, I have made a lot of friends.

Education and Continuing Education

I completed my formal education at The Ohio State University, first earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology in 1978, and then my Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1981. After graduating, I taught as a clinical instructor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at OSU from 1984 to 1988.

Continuing education is a natural extension of my desire to be able to provide patients with the best that I can offer while maintaining an edge of excellence to my practice.

I am active in the Seattle Study Club and the Central Ohio Dental Forum, both of which provide an abundance of educational opportunities, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally. Additionally, I teach on various dental topics to dental professionals.

Family and Community

Originally from Youngstown, OH, I have lived in the Columbus area for over 40 years, now residing in Lewis Center. My wife, Nancy, and I have been married for 43 wonderful years. We have been blessed with two children, Isaac and Alizé, both of whom attended The Ohio State University.

Ever since I was a child, I loved working with my hands and building things. Now as an adult, that interest has grown into woodworking projects, construction, and a love for classic British sports cars.

Most of my construction and landscape projects for my home, family, and friends. I also participate in Grace Brethren Church ministries and have taken part in dental mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
